USC men’s ultimate is a program on the rise. Since reorganizing the team’s structure during the 2007-2008 school year, the team has made steady improvements due to a new coaching staff and increased player involvement. A renewed dedication off the field has led to much better play on the field. Thanks to a strong core of returners and enthusiastic newcomers we turned in better results last year than ever before. The 2010 season was our most successful to date, ending with our first trip to regionals in recent memory and the highest ever regionals finish for the Ghettobirds, 9th overall. Last year also saw the development of a B-team, also a first for the USC men. This allows us to accommodate more players into our program, as well as provide a space for new players to learn the game and develop their skills.
Every year we aim to improve, win more games, and have fun both on and off the field. Our goal is to become a regular presence at Southwest regionals and compete with the best our region and the nation has to offer.
